  • Tag Insert records unique ID code of product, plus dates of safety inspections & date of next check.  All this is required by the latest Work at Height regulations.
  • Keep front green face showing for test PASS or show rear red face for test FAIL.  Rear face displays text "Do Not Use This Equipment" to keep it safely out of use.
  • Tag holder can be screwed with self-tappers or rivetted or bolted or cable-tied to ladders etc through 5mm diam hole top & bottom.
  • Tag Sets consist of a holder plus an insert - either 1 of each or 10 of each, as you choose.
