Tripod Ladders for home and commercial use. Lightweight alloy for convenience with wide-base stability for extra safety.
  • Lightweight alloy construction for home use as well as professional growers and groundsmen.
  • Allows easier & safer "face-on" working close to hedges, bushes and trees with rear spiked support positioned into them. A much safer method of working than placing normal stepladders alongside.
  • Hugely wide base and 3-legged design makes tripods really stable in use.
  • All joints fully welded and fitted with 4” / 100mm deep "double-rung" treads.
  • Clawed alloy feet 4"/100mm diameter give excellent grip on soft ground
  • Optional rubber feet for firm ground push-fit over the clawed feet & are available as an extra if required.
  • Adjustable height single rear leg is hinged at the top.  Can be adjusted in 6"/150mm intervals for levelling with min & max extension of 150mm - 730mm (or max 430mm on 4ft & 6ft models). Simple drop-nose pin on a captive chain locks leg in place for easy adjustment in seconds.  No tools required. 
  • Flat top design gives a resting place for tools & baskets. Top 380mm wide x 200mm deep appx.
  • HEAVY-DUTY models have an increased maximum safe working load of 150kg because of their larger primary tread rail and heavier guage wall thicknesses. 
  • Safe working loads - Standard models = 100kg / 15.8stones ; Heavy-Duty models = 150kg / 23.5stones.  Test loaded to double these weights.
