• All-Glassfibre fabrication - glassfibre side stiles, glassfibre non-slip serrated square rungs plus glassfibre stabiliser bar at base. Reinforced nylon top guides and rung locks.  No alloy here!
  
• All-glassfibre construction ensures it is non-conductive and non-sparking.
  
• Suitable for Zone 1 applications in demanding electrical and petrochemical environments.
  
• Fully tested and approved to EN131 with a safe working load of 150kg.

• Euroglas ladders are constructed from glass reinforced plastic, and represent the ultimate in GRP ladders.
  
• Not only are the box section stiles made of glass reinforced plastic, but also the rungs are manufactured from serrated non-slip, resin matrix glass reinforced tubes, which are fully bonded into specially designed box section stiles.
  
• Years of research and development have resulted in this unique design of rectangular box-section ladder stile which incorporates enormous strength with lightness, safety & durability.
  
• Euroglas ladders provide a structure which is totally electrically insulated and has a high degree of weathering resistance.
  
• Euroglas ladders comply with the following standards - European Standard EN131, American ANSI 14.5 1982,  British BSI draft standard, German DIN Standard 4568, Electricity Supply IND 13-1.
  
• Euroglas ladders have been specifically designed to meet all requirements by electricity authorities throughout the world and comfortably exceed the ANSI 14.5 requirements of minimum A.C. dielectric strength 25,000 volts and maximum D.C. current leakage 90 micro amperes.

full Industrial Duty

• Euroglas steps are fabricated from glassfibre side stiles, glassfibre non-slip serrated treads plus glassfibre back legs and braces. No alloy here!
  
• The broad top tread of the swingback step is 160mm overall depth and standard treads are 80mm deep.
  
• These features combine to provide very safe and stable pairs of steps which are twice as strong as timber steps with a safe working load of 170kg.
  
• Serrated rubber feet and glassfibre locking side stays add that extra degree of safety combined with the non-conductive stiles and treads, making these steps probably the safest in the world!
  
• Also available are all-glassfibre Industrial Platform Steps - made to exactly the same specification but with a large glassfibre platform which also takes a safe working load of 170kg.
  
• Euroglas ladders comply with the following standards - European Standard EN131, American ANSI 14.5 1982,  British BSI draft standard, German DIN Standard 4568, Electricity Supply IND 13-1.
  
• Note the “overall height” of Platform Steps - do not order too high.
