- A very effective and safe method of securing the top of a ladder. Tie without knots!
- Consists of a 6ft length of rope attached to an upper ladder rung, with a Clamcleat® bolted to the opposite stile.
- When the ladder is in the working position the rope is looped around or through a rigid structure and pulled into the cleat. Clamcleat teeth hold it securely until the rope is pulled out with a simple tug. No knots need to be tied.
- This fixing is specified by BT for all their ladders because of its easy use and safety.
