These "Class 1 Industrial" ladders are very tough & designed for years of rigorous service.
Tested and kitemarked to BS2307 Class 1 with a maximum safe load 175kg ( 27.5stones ).
Side stiles are of thick, box-section alloy which is graded in size according to the ladder length.
Flat-top D-shaped alloy rungs are heavily ribbed for non-slip safety and are angled so that feet rest on wide surface during ascent & descent (not narrow rung edge as with square rung ladders).
Solid moulded rubber bungs fitted at top and bottom.
Rung Locks hold sections together when closed and prevents separation when in use.
An excellent choice for keeping a smile on the face of the Health & Safety inspector!

These "Industrial" ladders are seriously strong, highly durable and designed for years of rigorous service.
Tested and kitemarked to BS2307 Class 1 max safe load 175kg ( 27.5stones ) but most ladders far exceed the strength requirements of Class 1.
Side stiles are of thick, box-section alloy which is graded in size according to the ladder length.
Flat-top alloy rungs are 33mm wide for working comfort, heavily ribbed for non-slip safety and are angled so that feet rest on wide surface during ascent & descent (not narrow rung edge as with square rung ladders).
Solid moulded rubber bungs fitted at top and bottom.
Rope-Operated models have fully interlocking side stiles and swinging gravity latches. For extra ease of use and safety they are fitted with wall runner wheels at the top and large swivelling non-slip rubber feet at the base.
The largest rope-operated models are fitted with nylon rollers to decrease friction during extension, making this much easier and smoother than with many other makes of ladder.

- High quality Domestic alloy ladders kitemarked to BS 2037 Class 3 max load 125kg / 19.5 stones.
- Box-section alloy stiles are much more rigid than the "I-beam" stiles of many other ladders.
- Flat-top “D” rungs are 30mm wide for working comfort.
- Rungs are angled so feet rest on wide surface when ascending ladder (not narrow rung edge as with square rung ladders).
- Range of 3-section “Triples” allows easier storage, easier transport, easier extension & greater versatility.
- Top section of triple and double ladders can be separated for use as a single ladder.
- Note: we do not recommend using "Domestic" ladders for commercial work (such as window cleaning or painting). They are light duty ladders and not designed for regular work. Using them may invalidate your insurance policy and will certainly upset the Health & Safety Executive!
