"THE GROUNDSMAN"
ALLOY TRIPOD STEPLADDER
max safe load 150kg ( 23.5stones )

• Robustly constructed from industrial duty aluminium for professional growers and groundsmen.
  
• Allows easier "face-on" working close to hedges, bushes and trees with rear spiked support positioned into them. A much safer method of working than placing normal stepladders alongside.
  
• Channel section side stiles fitted with 3” / 76mm deep non-slip treads and rubber feet at base.
  
• Heavy duty rear leg is hinged at the top and fitted with a sturdy ground spike for extra security.  Additional interchangeable non-slip rubber foot also supplied for safe use on hard surfaces.
  
• Lightweight, mobile, yet very strong. A must for all serious gardeners and groundsmen.
  
• NEW ... Professional Groundsman has adjustable length rear leg to overcome sloping and uneven ground.  Leg extends or retracts in 2" intervals up to 30cm / 12" max in either direction to accommodate both rising or falling ground. Also includes both spike foot for soft ground & rubber swivel foot for hard ground.  No nuts & bolts to fiddle with - all adjustments secured just with spring-loaded drop-nose pins - simply twist & pull. It's that easy!

• As easy to use as a standard stepladder, but MUCH safer.
  
• Secure waist-level guardrail leaves both hands free.
  
• Works on slopes and will straddle flower beds, ditches, even dwarf walls with 2 FEET ( 24" ) of height adjustment in each leg at just 3mm intervals.  Each leg adjusts individually to overcome uneven ground !
  
• Variable cutting heights ( shoulder heights )  ....  from 7' 6" up to 16' 6"  -  depending on models chosen.
  
• Easily stored - Compact model just 6'0" x 3'0" x 0'7" when folded flat   ( Classic model 8'0" x 3'6" x 0'8" ).

• A sturdy solution for conservatory roof access problems.  Lower specification than our Professional model but a much lower price tag makes it ideal for less rigorous and lower frequency use.
  
• Suitable for all popular roof configurations and designed to fit most conservatories.
  
• Quick to assemble and adjust for roof heights up to 2.4m and slopes up to 45º max.
  
• Suction Cup & quick tension strap secure ladder to windows for extra safety.
  
• Non-marking rubber covered bearers are 1.0m wide and rest on roof glazing bars.
  
• Anti-slip articulating rubber feet at base.
  
• Unlike Professional model, does not include kneeling platform or base levelling facility.
  
• Two ladder sections - main access ladder is 2.8m long & 500mm wide.  Top roof ladder is 2.0m long & 420mm wide with rubber covered, non-marking bearers 1.0m wide.

ALLOY FRUIT-PICKING LADDERS

• Ideal for fruit picking work with a pointed top tapered to 65mm wide and a 545mm wide-splayed base.
  
• Pointed top pushes easily through tree branches.  Wide base provides additional protection against ladder twisting.
  
• Rectangular box-section side stiles and 24mm diameter non-slip round rungs.
  
• Solid rubber bungs fitted top and bottom.
  
• Base can be fitted with optional Ground Spikes for even greater protection against slipping.
  

"C-SECTION" ALLOY LADDERS
Trade Duty   max safe load 150kg ( 23.5stones )

• These were the first ALLOY ladders to be manufactured in the UK - in 1947 - and are almost unchanged since then!
  
• "C - Section" ladders have been a favourite with AERIAL CONTRACTORS ever since.
  
• Side stiles are shaped like a letter "C" and interlock along their whole length, giving maximum safety.
  
• Side stiles are of 3mm thick alloy and very strong BUT LONG LADDERS ARE PRONE TO SWAYING AND BOUNCING AT FULL EXTENSION SO ARE ONLY RECOMMENDED FOR THOSE WHO ARE FAMILIAR WITH THEM.
  
• All sizes fitted with non-slip ROUND rungs, gravity swing-latch and  thick rubber bung feet. Wall runner wheels can be at the top as an optional extra.
  
• Rope Operation to Doubles and middle section only of Triples are optional extras.
