The world's first truly TELESCOPIC loft ladders, which are beautifully crafted and finished with a smooth anodised coating for "clean-hands" operation.
  • IDEAL WHERE LOFT SPACE IS LIMITED - Adjustable Height models requires no clearance arc in loft behind trapdoor at all. Compact-Spring models requires only 7" (180mm) of clearance arc behind the trapdoor so will fit the vast majority of lofts.
  • All are supported on a spring counterbalanced frame when stowed away.
  • Probably the finest quality and most easily fitted loft ladders we sell at this price range!
  • Large alloy treads are a comfortable 3½" ( 90mm ) deep with heavily ribbed non-slip surface.
  • Simple to operate - open the hatch, pull down the spring-counterbalanced support frame with integral strap, and pull down the ladder.
  • Beautifully finished with a smooth anodised coating.
  • Supplied fully assembled and very simple to install - typically in under 10 minutes!!  Just screw metal bracket to joist above trapdoor hinges. Adjustable Height models - metal bracket dimensions 450 x 210mm W x H (only 120mm high across most of bracket).
  • Compact-Spring model has metal bracket dimensions 440 x 160mm W x H but is only 90mm high across most of the width, allowing it to be secured easily even to small modern joists.
  • Adjustable Height models require no clearance behind so can also be fitted to a vertical wall, with or without a trapdoor.
  • Supplied with trapdoor hinges and catch ( trapdoor not supplied ).
  • Packed size - 32 " or 42 " x 21 " x 6 "
  • Maximum safe load 150kg (23.5stones).
  • NOTE: heights are measured to CEILING ( not Floor-to-Floor ).
