Supplied fully assembled and ready to fit, complete with timber frame and white faced, heavily insulated ( 50mm thick ) trapdoor.  Elegant architrave included to cover joint between frame and ceiling.  Both upper and lower faces of trapdoor finished in white 3mm masonite.

Ceiling hole needs to be cut to suit. We suggest this is done AFTER ladder is received.

Two gas pistons support the ladder weight for smooth and easy finger-tip operation. (Now to be changed to dual springs - gas pistons no longer available).

Lower section of ladder may need to be trimmed to suit your ceiling height.

The "Exclusive" has a wider casing than most timber loft ladders
( 680mm ) allowing more room for passing large boxes etc into the loft.

Optional metal or timber handrail can be fitted either side or both sides.  Handrails only extend along the length of the top ladder section as in illustrations above.
