Podium Steps which are robustly fabricated for safe site work where stepladders are no longer acceptable. The latest way to gain HSE approval for low-level work.
Probably the strongest & safest of its type - manufactured to a certified ISO9002 quality system and made from British Standard approved industrial alloy tower components, including the 50mm diameter alloy tubing.
MICROFOLD is a safe podium step platform for working at low levels, with 4 platform heights of 270mm or 520mm or 770mm or 1020mm - all from the one unit.
NEW - optional Height Extension Kit adds two extra platform heights at 1250mm and 1500mm (that's 6 levels in total) making MICROFOLD the most versatile Podium Steps in the UK! Kit also includes a step platform and two stabilisers. The Health & Safety inspector will love you!
Ideal for one-man use - unfold the unit, fit the platform and start work!
Easily portable and manoevrable, either open or closed, the unit passes easily through standard doorways and corridors.
Lightweight yet robust for Industrial use - max safe working load 250kg / 551lbs
Provides a working platform 600mm x 600mm.
Four optional platform levels between 0.27m and 1.02m with a telescopic guardrail which can be easily adjusted to provide the correct height at each of the four levels.
MICROFOLD comprises one folding frame, one platform and four locking castors.
When not in use and the frame unit is folded, the platform can be hooked onto the folding frame for compact storage and convenient manoevring between locations.
MICROFOLD folds almost flat (just 200mm wide) for easy transport .
