Telephone calls allow

to
discuss
your
requirements,
answer
any
questions
about
our
products
and
clarify
your
preferred
delivery
date.
Most
of
our
products
are
bulky
so
you
need
to
know
when
to
expect
them.
If
products
are
not
in
stock
we
can
advise
on
availability.
Please
discuss
your
needs
and
place
your
order
with
our
friendly
and
helpful
staff.
Of
course
we
are
always
happy
to
receive
orders
by
fax,
post
or
e-mail.
You
can
always
e-mail
us,
stating
you
wish
to
place
an
order
and
asking
US
to
ring
YOU
at
a
convenient
time
for
you.

-
and
your
phone

For
Next-Day
delivery
of
stocked
products,
we
must
receive
your
order
by 2:00pm to
allow
time
for
order
processing
before
despatch
at
around
3:30pm.
We
are
happy
to
accept
advance
orders,
where
you
state
the
day
you
require
delivery
and
we
despatch
the
day
before.
This
will
be
necessary
anyway
with
non-stock
orders.
If
ordering
more
than
one
item
for
which
delivery
is
shown
as
extra,
ONLY
ONE
DELIVERY
CHARGE
will
be
made
-
normally
for
the
higher
amount.
Additional
regional
charges
as
shown
on
the
"Delivery"
page
may
still
apply.
We
also
receive
many
personal
callers
to
our
Bristol
premises
who
assess
the
products
and
often
take
their
purchases
away
with
them.
