Mercury Ladder Towers are fitted with 4 Stabilisers where required by regulations - MercLdTwr7.jpg (42838 bytes)  Dual-height Guardrails and toeboards give compliance with H & S regulations - MercLdTwr2.jpg (29103 bytes)  Mercury Ladder Towers have a trapdoor in the platform for safe access from the vertical ladder - MercLdTwr3.jpg (27496 bytes)  Vertical ladder access from inside the tower complies with Health & Safety regulations - MercLdTwr4.jpg (21140 bytes)  Optional upgrade to Adjustable Height Castors instead of standard castors means towers can be levelled when on uneven surfaces - MercLdTwr5.jpg (21674 bytes) 

  • Saturn LADDER Towers are based on our standard Saturn Towers, but have all the necessary components added to ensure they comply with current UK Health & Safety regulations.  Included in these tower kits are stabilisers (where required), trapdoor platform set, toeboards, castors and clip-on vertical ladders for safe platform access inside the tower.

  • Saturn LADDER Towers are MEDIUM DUTY steel towers which are fully specified for light industrial & Trade use, providing a complying tower at a remarkably low cost.

  • Manufactured from PRE-GALVANISED 38mm ( 1½”) diameter prime quality steel tube x 16 gauge wall thickness.   The smooth, bright,  pre-galvanised finish gives long-lasting corrosion resistance.

  • Note that 6' x 4' towers can only be fitted with a trapdoor platform at alternate lifts because of the combination of 6' and 4' frames. The 4' x 4' towers can have a trapdoor platform fitted at any lift.

  • “Approx Working Height” is taken as the height to the platform plus an average person’s reach of 6ft.
  • Safe Working Load 250kg evenly distributed.
  • Full 5 year UNCONDITIONAL guarantee.
  • All towers supplied with Components List, comprehensive Erection Guide and Safety Notes

* IMPORTANT - these towers must be tied-in securely to a rigid structure in addition to fitting stabilisers.

Actual platform heights will be approx 8" higher than shown because Adjustable Height Castors are fitted.
With Adjust Castors fitted, overall tower heights (including Guardrail height) will be appx 52" higher than platform height shown.

SATURN LADDER TOWERS comply with The Work at Height Regulations 2005 but
do NOT comply with the HSE preferred "Through-the-Trap" ( 3T ) tower erection method.
If 3T compliance is required please choose one of our ALLOY tower ranges or our excellent steel TROJAN towers.
