Modular, compact 'SpaceSaver' open staircase which is modern, attractive and of a quality to enhance any home. Varnished multi-layer Beech timber treads and solid beech handrail add a real distinctive character to its appeal.


  • Universal Mini Plus has a full banister on one side (option for both sides), topped with a beautiful solid Beech timber handrail which is a substantial 50mm diameter.
  • Ingenious "space saver" design allows for steps to be reversed so that the handrail can be fitted to the right or left hand side.
  • Designed primarily for fitting against a wall.
  • Suitable for access to vertical openings in a wall and mezzanine floors. Also suitable for minimum overhead horizontal opening 150cm long x 65cm wide.
  • Standard straight staircase comprises eleven steps with timber handrail. This will suit floor to floor heights up to 288cm ( 9' 5" ).
  • Additional steps with a handrail available to a maximum floor height of 360cm ( 11' 10" ) - fourteen steps.
  • Beautifully finished multi-layer beech treads are 40mm / 1.5" thick.
  • Optional Landing Platform kit, giving "L-shaped" quarter turn at bottom of stair ( as illustrated above ).
  • Each staircase comes with fully illustrated instructions and free CD showing step-by-step assembly right through to completion of installation.
  • Minimum size opening 150 x 65cm (for 11 tread stair with overhead opening). Floorplan area (footprint) of 11tr model - 156cm long x 61cm wide overall.
