Kitemarked BS EN131 for Light Trade use with large platform & side handrails. BRILLIANT STEPS for most shops & offices.
  • Light Trade duty alloy platform steps kitemarked to BS EN131 with a maximum safe working load 150kg ( 23.5stones ).
  • Extra large alloy platform 400mm x 275mm (16" x 11") is 50% larger than most stepladders.
  • Extra deep non-slip alloy treads are 95mm deep (4") for added comfort.
  • Integral side handrails fitted both sides.
  • Hook-on tool tray at top to hold paint pot, tools, fixings etc.
  • 600mm ( 2' ) high safety rail, with webbing straps linking front and rear sections on taller models (4 tread upwards).
  • Probably the best light trade EN131 steps in the UK.
  • Note: ABSS8 is kitemarked to BS2037 Class 1, not BS EN131.
  • Note the difference between Platform Height and Overall Height. Do not order steps too high!!  Platform height is your highest standing height.  Closed height is storage & transport height.
