  • This timber loft ladder is supplied WITHOUT casing & trapdoor unlike most other timber loft ladders.
  • Arrow Timber Sliding 2 Section Loft Ladder - suitable for floor-floor heights up to 3.0m (9' 10").
  • Conforms to BS 7553 Class H: heavy use with a max safe load of 150kg (23.6stones).
  • Suitable for professional & domestic use.
  • Spring assisted twin power arms give total control when lowering or stowing the loft ladder.
  • Supplied WITHOUT a trapdoor. Attached to loft floor only - just above trapdoor hinges and 870mm back where power springs are fixed.
  • Suitable for DIY installation. Includes all components and easy-to-follow instructions.
  • Minimum Trapdoor Length varies between 570 - 630mm depending on loft floor thickness. See PDF brochure for details.
  • Packed size 2040 x 360 x 170mm. Fixings and trap hinges included (not trapdoor).
